School Timings
Summer : 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
Winter : 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m
School timings may be changed as per the order of Management/ Local Administration.

General Directives
1. School gates will be closed sharp at 8.05 a.m. in summer and 8.35 a.m. in winter. No child will be allowed thereafter to enter the school premises.
2. The school day commences with the assembly, in which all the students must be present.
3. All children are expected to come to school daily in a neat and clean uniform and well polished shoes. A girl or boy slovenly dressed will be excluded from the class or sent home.
4. Low waist and narrow bottom trousers are not allowed.
5. Hair cut should be proper. A student with spikes will not be allowed to sit in the class .
6. Students should take care of the school property. They should not write or scratch on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school nor should they damage property belonging to others. Any damage to the school property must be made good by the offender or will be fined accordingly.
7. All students should take pride in keeping their classrooms and school campus clean.
8. To come out of the class without a out-pass is an offence. The students are not permitted to come out of their classrooms except during recess.
9. Shouting or whistling is not allowed in the school building. Throwing bits of chalk on others or teasing fellow students in any manner is strictly forbidden.
10. No dues of any kind or collection for any purpose, whatsoever may be, cannot be made without the Principal`s written sanction.
11. No half day or short leave will be granted to any child during school hours.
12. Students must take care of their personal belongings. If a lost item is found in the school premises, it shall be returned to the student. However, all personal belongings must be marked with the name, class and section of the student.
13. If a child is absent for more than 3 days, an application must be sent to the principal or the co-ordinator of the respective wing.
14. For prolonged absence due to illness, a medical certificate must be submitted. A student returning after illness from an infectious disease must produce a fitness certificate from a qualified doctor.
15. Appointment with the doctor, dentist etc. , must not be arranged during school hours.
16. Students must be present on the first and last day of the academic year.
17. Absentees in any examination will be entertained afterwards under any circumstances.

Summer (For Girls):
Yellow shit check tunic (Blue + Yellow), black shoes, dark blue socks with yellow line.
(For boys):
Yellow shirt, Nicker with gallace, black shoes, dark blue socks with yellow line.
Saturday
Yellow T-shirt, White tunic or nicker, white socks and PT. Shoes.
Winter (For Boys &Girls):
Yellow shirt, check skirt (tunic) or pant, blue sweater, black shoes, black socks, blue cap.
I to XII
Summer (For Boys):
Off white shirt with check collar (half sleeves), Maroon Nicker or Pant, maroon socks, black shoes (leather), maroon scarf (for Sikh Boys), maroon belt.
Summer (For Girls):
Off White shirt with check collar (half-sleeves), tunic or skirt (maroon). maroon socks, maroon rubber band, black shoes (leather), maroon belt.
Winter (For Boys):
Maroon pant, off-white shirt with check collar (full-sleeves), maroon sweater (plain knitted with V neck) with school logo, maroon socks and black shoes (leather) with maroon tie, maroon cap. Jackets are not allowed.
Winter (For Girls):
Off-white shirt with check collar (full sleeves) maroon skirt, maroon sweater (plain knitted with V neck), maroon, socks, maroon rubber band and black shoes (leather) with maroon tie and belt.
Saturday`s Uniform
Summer (For Boys):
White shirt with white pant, white shoes with white socks, white scarf (For Sikh boys).

White shirt with white skirt, white shoes with white socks and white rubber bands.
Winter (For Boys):
White shirt with white pant, white shoes with white socks, maroon sweater. White scarf (for Sikh boys).

It is compulsory for the students to wear I.D Card everyday. No Gold Ornaments, Mehandi, Nail Enamel, Kara/Bracelet, accessories to be worn in school.
PICKING THE STUDENT DURING SCHOOL HOURS
No child will be allowed to leave the school before school hours. However, in case of emergency only father, mother or Guardian (as mentioned in school admission form) are allowed to take the child. Child will not be allowed to leave the school alone or with any other person.
SCHOOL BUS
Those students who wish to come by school bus, should note the following rules:
1. A form has to be duly filled by the parents.
2. A photograph is required for the Bus Card.
3. The bus does not provide one way facility.
4. No refund of money.
5. The bus will not wait for any students who reach the stop late.
6. Any student who wishes to discontinue he/she should inform the Bus Incharge one month in advance.
7. Bus charges to be paid along with the fee schedule in advance
VEHICLE STAND CHARGES
In the interest of safety and to allow free movement of vehicles within school premises, school will charge Rs.30 and Rs.50 per month from the students who come to school by bicycle or on two wheelers respectively.
WITHDRAWL RULES
1.When parents wish to withdraw their child from the school, one month`s notice must be given in advance, even if the next session starts.
2. Students who leave the school without due notice and without clearing their dues will not be entitled to any sort of testimonials (Transfer Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate etc.) from the school.
3. The TC must be collected by the Parents
4. Security money must be collected in person or through proper authorization. A separate application must be submitted for the same along with the original receipt.
5. Security should be collected within a period of three months after applying for T.C. in written, failing which it will be confiscated.
SECURITY CHARGES
If any damage done by an individual or a group that group or student will be charged. The security of that individual or a group will be seized as per the maintenance cost and the penality.
